We offer Free Consultations and Patch tests to create a unique treatment plan that is designed around you, your budget and your timescales.
We pride ourselves on being honest and genuine in our approach and only recommend a treatment plan that will deliver a solution to your concern and help you to restore your health. We may only recommend just one treatment or a combination of treatments that are clinically proven to work.
As part of your treatment plan, you’ll have full access to our aftercare. We pride ourselves on getting results for our clients and strive to make a tangible difference to every person we see. When you commit to correcting a skin condition with The Skin Care Company, we commit to offering you the complete tailored service that you deserve.
We understand that circumstances change from time to time, with this in mind we do not charge for bookings cancelled, if you give us a 48 hour notice.
You can do with by calling the clinic.
If an appointment is cancelled or there is a no-show within 48 hours, a charge of £20 of the treatment is payable.
The £20 cancellation charge will be taken when you book your appointment or will be charged when you arrive after a cancelled/rescheduled appointment.
We will retain the £20 amount until you complete your treatments, and or do not re-book an appointment, at which point it will be fully refunded.
It is not in our interest to enforce this policy so we will send you a text message to remind you of your appointment two days before it is due to take place, however you should not rely on this and should keep a safe record of your appointment slots.
If you are unable to make the appointment for any reason, please call and reschedule at your earliest convenience.
Our slots do get booked months in advance… if you are thinking of attending our clinic, we would recommend to contact us at lease one month in advance, to ensure you get your desired time and date slot.
